Stir all the dry ingredients together. A whisk will do the trick.
Pour the wet ingredients on top of the dry ingredients.
Mix until its evenly incorporated. Get most of those lumps out.
Take a 1/2 cup (2/3 cup if you are using a Belgian-style waffle maker) and place it onto your waffle iron. You want the batter to be about 1/2 to 1 inch away from the edge, otherwise you'll end up with overflow and a mess to clean up.
Serve with some powdered sugar and syrup. Enjoy!
